We are preparing for the first annual Jaxson’s Jog - a 5K Run/Walk to Support Children with CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia) on Saturday, May 21, 2011.   The support of volunteers is essential to the success of the race. 

Some of the volunteer duties/tasks for this event include:

• Directing runners/walkers
• Registration + t-shirt distribution
• Assistance with food distribution
• Setup and clean up duties

We will make our best effort to give you your first choice of shift.  Once we have determined the shifts, you will receive a confirmation either via email or mail.  

This event would not be possible without the dedication and service of volunteers during the day of the event.  We hope that you will consider participating in this great event in support of children with CDH.
